Shipping Updates

During peak seasons, delivery updates may be delayed. If tracking doesn’t update within 3 business days after shipping confirmation, please contact us for more details. If your order is stalled at a carrier facility, reach out directly to the carrier for the latest information.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us at nathaly@fromnathaly.com within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. We value your feedback and aim to enhance our services based on your experiences.

Please note: Only items purchased directly from our website are eligible for return. Sample items are not returnable.

Refunds are issued once items are in transit back to our warehouse.

Shipping Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard (5-7 Business Days): $5

• Expedited (2 Business Days): $15

Orders cannot be altered once they have been processed.

Processing Times

We process orders on business days. Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
